Classes rotate between technique weeks and choreography weeks every other week. The studio has a dress code policy that does not allow crop tops, very tight or form-fitting clothing, midriff or revealing attire, and asks that makeup be minimal and natural. The program emphasizes building confidence by giving students individual attention, feedback, corrections, and celebrations, and includes gratitude and bonding time during class, such as an end-of-class unity circle to express gratitude to the body for the dance and to offer positive reinforcement about the day’s achievements. The program encourages communication with both students and parents and states that communication is key to success.

The program’s mission is to provide a positive outlet for children and adults to express themselves, to teach expression of emotions through dance, movement, and art, to build confidence and strong individuals through its unity circle and positive reinforcement, and to create personable relationships with both students and parents. Northern Colorado Dance Fusion has been recognized as Best of Greeley in 2022 (1st place) and 2018 (3rd place) and is known for support in and from the community along with the home it has provided for all.
