Community Partnership Family Resource Center Programs has been serving families of all shapes and sizes since 1992. Its stated mission is “Strengthening families and our community.” Community Partnership Family Resource Center reports that CP invests over $1 million dollars per year back into the community, and that over 1,500 residents per year participate in CP community events. It also reports that for every $1 invested in CP, Teller County saves $2.92 in long-term social benefits, and that 1 in 18 households in Teller County are engaged in a CP program.
One Crossroads Seminar participant described the program as “Very helpful to my recovery and future with my children and co-parent!” A GED graduate shared that the program aided them with education and connection to other resources, including assistance with family and food assistance. Another GED graduate described the program as “Very flexible and helpful” and said it helped them make “very positive progress” for themselves. A Cooking and Nutrition Class participant said, “This was such a great way to connect with my kid. I loved every class.” A Wraparound participant said, “I love my time, and my support with my family advocate,” and another Wraparound participant shared that their advocate “has been a huge positive resource” and that their son looks forward to time with the advocate every week.
