Flip-Flop Gymnastics offers gymnastics programs, early childhood programs, after school programs, USA Gymnastics classes, Little Ninjas, Ninja Warrior, high school gymnastics, and birthday parties. Classes include specific groups such as Sea Turtles, Seagulls, Sharks, Gators, Dolphins, Starfish, Hot Shots, Hot Shot 2’s, Phys Ed, Little Ninjas, and Ninja Warrior.

Flip-Flop Gymnastics is a Limited Liability Company created by owner Monica Bauer and officially opened on August 27, 2005. The leadership team includes owner Monica Bauer and manager Diane Scott. The program’s mission is to provide a developmental gymnastics program that benefits children of all ages and needs, with staff who present a fun, educational, and healthy gymnastics experience and teach the sport in a progressive, safe, and fun manner. According to the mission statement, children in the program enhance motor and cognitive skills, balance, sportsmanship, strength, flexibility, and physical fitness while learning the fundamentals of gymnastics, and Flip-Flop Gymnastics will develop confident, healthy, motivated children.
Flip-Flop Gymnastics is a USA Gymnastics Member Club. Flip-Flop staff members are USA Gymnastics Professional or Junior Professional Members and are CPR, First Aid, and Safety Certified, and all staff members are required to attend numerous Regional and National Congresses, Clinics, and USAG Routine Workshops. The program states that its philosophy is “SAFETY FIRST!” and that it uses state of the art facilities for fitness and fun. The program encourages anyone of age in the Shoreline Area to come join the fun.
Programs include early childhood programs for ages birth to 5, after school programs for ages 5–7 (girls and boys), ages 8–12 (girls), ages 5–7 (all boys), and ages 7+ (all boys), as well as Dolphin/Starfish developmental groups, Hot Shots at Level 1/2, a Competitive Program for Levels 2–10, and an Xcel Program with Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels. Some programs have the goal of competition, and USA Gymnastics programs require two practices per week. Little Ninjas is for ages 3½–5 and Ninja Warrior is for ages 4½–6, and Little Ninjas and Ninja Warrior classes are described as enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance while having fun. Masks are optional for all classes and team programs.
Sea Turtles classes meet Tuesday 3:40–4:30 and 4:40–5:30, Wednesday 3:40–4:30, Thursday 3:55–4:45, 5:00–5:50, and 5:55–6:45, and Saturday 10:00–10:50 and 12:45–1:35. Seagulls meet Tuesday 4:40–5:30 and Thursday 3:55–4:45. Sharks meet Thursday 3:55–4:45. Gators meet Thursday 5:00–6:15. Dolphins meet Monday 3:45–4:45. Starfish meet Monday 3:45–5:00. Hot Shots and Hot Shot 2’s and Phys Ed have no classes scheduled at this time. Little Ninjas meets Fridays 2:45–3:30, and Ninja Warrior meets Fridays 3:45–4:30.
