Since 2001, GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps has offered lacrosse instructional programs, and over 100,000 campers have attended these camps. The stated mission of GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps is to provide young athletes with instruction from top coaches in a positive and fun atmosphere. Directors and coaches at the camps include current and former professional lacrosse players, winning college coaches, and high school and youth club coaches, and the staff is Double-Goal Certified by the Positive Coaching Alliance and trained to be role models on and off the field. GameBreaker is recognized as a national leader for lacrosse instruction and education, and is described as the only lacrosse camp network in the country that employs a staff fully Double-Goal Certified by the Positive Coaching Alliance. The camps are open to any and all entrants, with campers evaluated on the first day and placed in groups, and there are separate girls’ and boys’ lacrosse camps, as well as options for full or half-day, overnight, and extended day experiences. Overnight campers stay in dorm rooms, have all-you-can-eat buffet meals, take part in entertaining evening activities, and have 4–6 hours of training each day. Day and Half Day campers are required to bring their own lunch and water bottles.
