Middlesex YMCA Youth Sports & Enrichment Programs

Middlesex YMCA Youth Sports & Enrichment Programs includes Youth Sports & Enrichment Programs, Middletown Judo Club, and the Edge Teen Program for ages 15 to 18. The Edge Teen Program meets Mondays from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. and focuses on professional skills, mentoring, and volunteer work.

Financial assistance helps ensure that YMCA membership, programs and services remain accessible. Registration opens a week earlier for Middlesex Y Members. Middlesex Y Members pay less per session. The YMCA is CLOSED on: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day (Sunday & Monday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
