Kids Elite Sports Camp and UA Premier Training offers a wide range of activities, including interactive football, soccer, basketball, floor hockey, kickball, futsal, swimming, Running 101, recreational games, free play, badminton, tug of war, speed and agility drills, and board games. Campers also have a daily 30-minute reading block as part of the program.

In partnership with Under Armour, the program provides tailored premier training for dedicated and experienced youth athletes ages 8–18 who seek to develop skills and excel in their primary sports. Kids Elite offered free virtual sessions during a time when in-person camps were not offered and reopened in 2023 after hosting camp virtually during the pandemic.
The program notes that it is the only camp in the DMV that offers Interactive Football for campers ages 8 and up. Testimonials from parents describe daily drop-in options being helpful, counselors as patient and thoughtful, and children enjoying the variety of sports and activities, including Fun Day Friday Pizza Day, tournaments, weekly notes home, and a Counselors in Training program.
