Lil' Einstein's Learning Academy

Lil' Einstein's Learning Academy bases each day around academic structure and uses a curriculum that allows teachers to explore and be creative. The program offers an elite curriculum to children as young as 6 weeks of age and includes Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Before & After School Care, and Camp LELA programs. All centers strive to create a home-like atmosphere with an emphasis on learning and incorporate learning through play.

Lil' Einstein's mission is to achieve academic excellence by teaching one child at a time, and the concept that "children are born geniuses" began with the first Lil' Einstein's Learning Academy. Lil' Einstein's has been providing care to families since 2004, and its name has maintained a reputation as the program has grown throughout the region. Lil' Einstein's currently offers daycare and preschool at Bear, Chesapeake City, Elkton, and Newark locations in Delaware and Maryland.

Lil' Einstein's provides accredited care for infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age children. All teachers are fully accredited in early childhood education, hold certificates in CPR and first aid, and continue their education with annual clock hours to stay current with changes and innovations in the early childhood community. Faculty and staff are trained to recognize each child's physical, emotional, and educational needs, and one of the main goals is to create meaningful parent and teacher relationships with open communication and constant contact. Developmentally appropriate lesson plans allow each student to learn at their own pace, and all centers are supported by a top-rated consulting agency with over 35 years of experience operating daycares and preschools along the East Coast.
