American Karate Academy

American Karate Academy offers after-school sessions with active games and quiet activities before training, plus a 1-hour class session. It also offers summer camp with games, field trips, and karate classes held twice daily. Evening classes include rank curriculum, pad-work, bag-work, and sparring, and adult classes include tournament sparring, kata, Tai Ho Jitsu, takedowns, and Jujitsu.

Programs

• After-School — 5-12 · Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm-5:00 pm · 1-hour class session; before training, students may enjoy active games and quiet activities. Open as early as 7:30 am on days when schools are closed.
• Summer Camp — 5-12 · Mon-Fri, 7:30 am-6:15 pm · Students play games, go on field trips, and learn karate. Karate classes are held twice daily: 10:00 am-11:00 am and 3:30 pm-4:30 pm.
• Evening Classes — 5+ · Mon-Thu, 6:00 pm-7:00 pm · 1 karate class focused on rank curriculum, pad-work, bag-work, and sparring.
• Adult Classes — 16+ · Mon-Thu, 6:00 pm-7:30 pm · Unlimited access to classes including tournament sparring, kata, Tai Ho Jitsu, takedowns, and Jujitsu.

American Karate Academy has over 30 years of traditional Motobu-Ha Shito-Ryu karate training.
