TEAM Praise Force Taekwondo offers Taekwondo classes, an After School Martial Arts Program, a Summer Camp, private lessons, and demonstrations. The program includes instruction in World Taekwondo Federation poomsaes and sparring. TEAM Praise Force Taekwondo is a faith-based Taekwondo program that teaches martial arts based in Christianity.

TEAM Praise Force Taekwondo is a family-owned business that has been teaching martial arts based in Christianity since May 2002. The program’s mission is to help families throughout the community reach optimum health through the art and science of the Taekwondo system. It offers classes for students from preschool to adult, from beginner through advanced, and has trained over 30 Black Belts as well as numerous Grand National and National Champions. The program is described as a Christian Taekwondo University (CTU) that takes time during class to pray for its team and family members and includes Bible verses in its curriculum. TEAM Praise Force Taekwondo is described as “The Best After School Martial Arts Program!”, “The Perfect Family!”, and as providing a “Safe and Happy” environment, and it offers an instructional, safe, and fun Summer Camp. The safety of students is listed as the first priority, and masks may be worn in class for personal peace of mind.
The leadership team includes Master Jessi Rodriguez as Master, Ms Sherri as owner, and a team of Black Belts. The Black Belts are Kukkiwon Certified and internationally recognized for their rank and accomplishments. TEAM Praise Force Taekwondo is a registered School Board Vendor with PCSB. Master Jessi Rodriguez is a USCDKA Hall of Fame recipient for being a Pioneer in Taekwondo, was appointed USCDKA Chung Do Extreme (CDX) Adviser by Sr. Grandmaster Edward B. Sell and Grandmaster Brenda J. Sell, created and filmed CDX forms that are used in national competition, is an 11-time undefeated Grand National Champion in the Extreme Forms category, and earned 1st place in Men’s Extreme Open Forms at the ISKA US Open 2019.
TEAM Praise Force Taekwondo has performed demonstrations for The Anchor House, Toys for Tots, City-Con Comic Convention, and many outreach ministries. The program has a Google rating score of 4.9 out of 5, based on 28 reviews.
