YMCA of South Palm Beach County Youth Programs include group, private, and adaptive swim lessons, as well as competitive swim teams. The programs also offer basketball, volleyball, and soccer as part of their sports options. Y Camps are available for preschoolers up to teens outside of the school year.

The YMCA of South Palm Beach County began as a single branch in 1972. The Y’s Mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The Y allows all community members to participate in membership programs regardless of their ability to pay fees and offers financial assistance to those who may be facing financial hardships or challenges. The YMCA of South Palm Beach County has strategic initiatives including Drowning Prevention, Robes Family LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, Parkinson's and other Chronic Disease Programs, and a Diabetes Self-Management Program.
