The Child Enrichment Center (CEC) is a ministry of Gonzalez Methodist Church that serves children in preschool, voluntary prekindergarten (VPK), and an after school program. The ministry hosts a class for one year olds, two year olds, three year olds, and two VPK classes, and it ministers to over 100 children per day. An after school program, opened in the fall of 2011, provides care for elementary age children, and the CEC bus picks up children from Pine Meadow, Lipscomb, and Kingsfield Elementary Schools.

• Price: All applications must include a $25 fee to be considered complete. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee may not be applied to registration fees or tuition. VPK and School-Age Wait Lists do not require an application fee.
Child Enrichment Center (CEC) opened the doors of the Child Enrichment Center on August 2, 2005 as an outreach ministry to families within the Cantonment community, and an after school program was added in the fall of 2011. Manuals with detailed information for both the preschool and after school programs can be accessed through the same site as the wait list applications. The Child Enrichment Center Wait List Application is active from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, and each child must have a separate application and fee when applicable, including for Preschool & VPK and the School-Age Wait List Application.
