Studio 8 Dance offers Discover Dance for ages 3-5, Develop Dance for ages 6-9, and Experience Dance for ages 10 and up. Its listed classes include Tiny Stars, a sampler of ballet, tap, and acro that uses songs from a Ready, Set, Dance partnership with Nickelodeon, along with Beginning Tumble, Ready, Set, Dance, Ballet B, Ballet A, Contemporary B, Technique, Petite/Jr Company, and Lyrical B/C. The weekly schedule includes Monday and Wednesday classes at specific times.

About the provider

Company 8 dancers have achievements that include scholarships, titles, choreography awards, entertainment awards, golden tickets, judge’s choice awards, numerous high score overalls, SDA regional championships, spirit awards, Top Scoring Routine of the competition, Top Studio, an Elite Energy invitation to New York, and the Acrodance World Championships. Company 8 dancers travel around SWFL to three competitions each season and also take part in additional optional local competitions.

• Recital 2027

Auditions for the Company 8 dance team are held twice a year at the end of spring and the end of summer. Students selected from auditions are committed through that season's end of year recital. Students who miss auditions must wait until the next year to try out. Classes marked with * are in SHOW 2 at the annual recital; classes without are in SHOW 1. Registering for multiple classes with and without * means a child will be required to be in both shows.
