EDGE Athletics

EDGE Athletics offers Girls Gymnastics, Kindergym, Kinder2, After-School Camp, Advanced Tumbling and Cheer, Competitive Gymnastics, Summer Camp, Tumbling, Ninja, Girls Pre-Team, Birthday Parties, and Open Gym. Girls Gymnastics cycles through Bars, Beam, Vault, and Floor, with levels from beginner to advanced. Other activities include tumbling combinations for cheer, floor work from cartwheels to layouts, parkour training, gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and gym time for games and free play.

Programs

• Girls Gymnastics — 5-15 · Cycles through Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor. Levels range from beginner to advanced.
• Kindergym — 3-5 · Introduces children to gymnastics and helps develop coordination, strength, flexibility, listening skills.
• Kinder2 — 4-6 · Introduces children to gymnastics and helps develop coordination, strength, flexibility, listening skills.
• After-School Camp — 5-13 · Campers do fun, engaging activities followed by access to the gym for games/free-play.
• Advanced Tumbling and Cheer — 5-16 · Focuses on tumbling combinations including jump and tumble for competing at Level 2 cheer and above.
• Competitive Gymnastics — Premier competitive gymnastics program that competes Dec - April. Team levels range from Xcel Bronze - Xcel Gold, and USAG Levels 6-10. Tryouts are by invitation, or request evaluation.
• Summer Camp — 5-14 · Mon-Fri · $55–$245 per week · Open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Campers play games, do fun challenges, free play, gym instruction, field trips, park days, water days and more.
• Tumbling — 7-15 · Focuses primarily on floor work, from cartwheels to layouts.
• Ninja — 4-14 · Mixture of parkour training, gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and more.
• Girls Pre-Team — 4-7 · Offers practice similar to competitive team, focusing on skills needed to move up to the big leagues. By invitation and evaluation only.
