EDGE Athletics’ mission states that its standard of care is that every child feels safe and secure while engaging in fun, structured games and activities, and that it strives to build a child’s self-esteem, character, and social skills while also setting reasonable, natural boundaries and consequences. The mission also states that the program encourages self-discipline and requires respect for others. EDGE Athletics has a premier competitive gymnastics program with team levels ranging from Xcel Bronze to Xcel Gold, and USAG Levels 6–10, and this competitive program competes from December through April.

The KinderGym and Kinder2 program is described as a way to introduce a child to gymnastics and to help develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and listening skills. Tumbling classes focus primarily on floor work, teaching skills from cartwheels to layouts, and are described as an excellent choice for cheerleaders, dancers, or anyone who wants to learn how to safely flip, with levels ranging from beginner to intermediate and divided by age group. Advanced tumble and cheer focuses on tumbling combinations, including jump and tumble, for competing at Level 2 cheer and above.

Ninja classes are described as a mixture of parkour training, gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and more, and are described as an excellent choice for building strength, agility, and gaining control of the body. Girls' Pre-team is described as offering a practice similar to the competitive team, focusing on skills needed to move up, and this class practices three hours a week and is by invitation and evaluation only. Edge Athletics' After-School Camp includes time doing fun, engaging activities followed by access to the gym for games and free play.

Edge Athletics' Summer Camp includes games, fun challenges, free play and gym instruction, field trips, park days, water days, and more. Open Gym is described as a place to let a child get their energy out on a Friday night in a safe environment. For Open Gym, a legal adult must sign the child in each time, and if it is the first time attending, a waiver must be signed at the front desk, and all participants must follow the posted rules and have an Open Gym Liability Release, with copies provided at the gym.

Edge Athletics' birthday parties include set-up, execution, and clean up. All major injuries are documented on incident reports, filed in alphabetical order, kept in physical form, and digitally entered into the enrollment system.
