The Learning Experience includes play-based sensory activities, active play, circle time, and structured play. Children take part in early literacy, group play and cooperation, STEAM and STEM activities, and cultural awareness activities. The program also offers music and art activities, foreign languages including Spanish, public speaking and presentations, and physical activities such as throw, catch, kick, balance activities, and yoga.

The program uses a proprietary L.E.A.P.® (Learning Experience Academic Program) curriculum and follows a whole-child approach to intellectual, social, and cognitive development. It offers programs for Infants, Toddlers, Twaddlers, Preppers, Preschoolers, and Kindergarteners, and includes All-Inclusive Enrichments at no extra cost. The Learning Experience states that its curriculum meets national standards and is designed to give children a foundation that lasts a lifetime.
