Elite Force Martial Arts

Elite Force Martial Arts offers Elite Dragons for ages 3.5 to 6, Junior Achievers for ages 6 to 12, and Mixed Martial Arts for ages 13 and up. The children’s programs focus on martial arts classes, and the teen and adult program focuses on high-intensity fitness and real self-defense.

About the provider

Master Michael Sweeney is the owner of Elite Force Martial Arts and a Master Instructor. The instructors are all certified black belts, qualified and licensed to teach martial arts. The school’s mission says it helps parents raise confident leaders and adults reach their full potential, and it emphasizes personal development, confidence, discipline, focus, and life skills.

Getting started is easy. The school teaches life skills in a positive, safe and fun environment. Month-to-month memberships are offered, as well as savings on longer plans. For kids martial arts classes, the age groups listed are 3.5 - 6 and 6 - 12. Parents are told children will learn to avoid fights and defend themselves as a last resort. No previous experience or particular fitness level is required.
