About
Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool uses a science-informed approach to teaching and learning. The program is built around Discovery Driven Learning and offers early education and preschool that is described as more than daycare. Its mission is described as “Designed by experts; facilitated by educators; created with working parents in mind.” Bright Horizons also offers back-up care for working parents, along with EdAssist workforce education and student loan support programs. Bright Horizons was named to Boston Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work. Parents have shared that they value the structure and continuity for their children, and one Bright Horizons Back-Up Care user described the back-up care as allowing working parents to maintain their productivity and transition between school, daycare, and back-up care during breaks and unexpected losses of care.
