Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County offers academic programs with tutoring, STEM activities, and resources to boost academic performance. The A+ Attendance Program works with elementary schools, parents, and elementary students who miss five or more days of school, and the Summer Break Spot partnership includes a full camp experience plus free breakfast and lunch every day at open Club sites.

At a glance

  • Ages: 5–18 years old
  • General schedule: Clubs are open each day after school from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. School-based Clubs are open after school until 6:00 p.m., and some school-based Clubs are open mornings from 7:00 until school begins. Neighborhood-based Clubhouses are open five days a week after school until 7:00 pm. The 21st Century Community Learning Center program schedule is Monday-Friday during the school year, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

About the provider

For over 30 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County has been a cornerstone of youth development. Its mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need the program most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The organization reports serving more than 2,200 youth daily through afterschool, summer, and outreach programs, 16,000 youth in Clubs and outreach programs, 1,000,000 meals, snacks, and food pantry items annually, and 25,000 community service hours completed by Club members.
