Xtreme Air Academy Gymnastics Programs offers Girls Competitive Artistic Gymnastics with Developmental Program levels 3-6, Xcel Program Bronze and Silver, and the Stars Program for gymnasts not quite ready for meets. It also offers Mens Competitive Artistic Gymnastics with the USAG Developmental Program and levels 3-5, Recreational Gymnastics with floor, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault, and a Cheer program with recreational and competition options. Girls Competitive Artistic Gymnastics meets Monday through Friday, and Mens Competitive Artistic Gymnastics meets Monday through Wednesday.

- Mens Competitive Artistic Gymnastics — Monday 5-8 pm; Tuesday 5-8 pm; Wednesday 5-8 pm · $300 · Developmental Program follows the USAG Developmental Program and competes levels 3-5, with some exceptions.
- Recreational Gymnastics — Girls recreational gymnastics classes emphasize increasing skill level in a positive and fun atmosphere and focus on basic to advanced gymnastics on floor, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault.
- Cheer — Newest program offered; goal is to compete at Allstar Cheerleading Competitions. Recreational and competition options are available.

About the provider
The program says it provides instruction for all ages, abilities, and levels of gymnasts and athletes. Its goal is to develop gymnasts, tumblers, and athletes, and it states that it strives to build athleticism, discipline, and character. The facility uses equipment and coaching staff to serve athletes with a wide array of programming.
