Camp Ithiel Summer Camps

Camp Ithiel Summer Camps offers multiple overnight youth camps for different age groups. The camp and retreat center also serves various groups who rent the facilities for special gatherings such as retreats, meetings, and weddings.

In 1948, after several years of offering summer youth camps in various locations throughout Florida, the Atlantic Southeast District churches decided to secure a permanent site to host overnight camps, and twenty acres were purchased in December of that year as the permanent home of Ithiel Camp and Retreat Center. More than sixty years later, thousands of youth have attended summer camp at Camp Ithiel. Camp Ithiel is an outdoor ministry of the Atlantic Southeast District Church of the Brethren. Its stated mission is that Camp Ithiel exists to serve people through Jesus Christ in a place apart for faith and personal development. Camp Ithiel is a proud member of the Outdoor Ministry Association and is listed on Christian Camp Pro. Camp Ithiel identifies itself as a welcoming ministry, inviting groups to come and experience God through staff and a beautiful part of Creation.
