Pasco County Summer Day Camp

Pasco County Summer Day Camp offers Traditional Summer Day Camp, EPIC, Jay B. Starkey Nature Camp, and a CIT program. Traditional Summer Day Camp includes weekly field trips, and participants must bring their own lunch and snack each day. EPIC is an inclusive summer camp with an Inclusion Support Leader and an extra counselor providing a 1:4 support ratio within a group of 17 campers.

Programs

• Traditional Summer Day Camp — Kids ages 5 to 12 who meet the listed requirements: use restroom without assistance, completed kindergarten, follow directions and perform routine daily tasks without one-on-one guidance, and are comfortable in a 17:1 camper-to-counselor ratio. · Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. · $560–$665 per week · Weekly field trips are included. Before care and after care are available for an additional $20 per week.
• EPIC — Ages 8-17 with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities. · $910 per week · An inclusive summer camp with an Inclusion Support Leader and an extra counselor providing a 1:4 support ratio within a group of 17 campers.
• Jay B. Starkey Nature Camp — Ages 7-12. · $1,050 per week
• CIT program — Teens ages 13-17.

Registration for 2026 uses a lottery process, with the lottery registration window from April 10, 2026, through April 13, 2026.

Registration is through a lottery process for 2026. The program is open to Pasco County residents only for the full 7-week program lottery. Full refunds require 2 weeks' notice and documentation for summer school, moving, or prolonged health issues. No partial refunds are offered during registration. Scholarship recipients still need to register online. Limit of two children for the Resident Youth Scholarship Program. The program costs an additional $20 per week for before and after care.
