Web of Wisdom Summer Science Camp offers hands-on outdoor activities that include kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, hiking, and wilderness survival. Campers take part in environmental conservation activities, experience Florida’s wildlife, and go on field trips that connect to what they are learning through inquiry-based lessons and experiments.

Web of Wisdom Summer Science Camp is held at Web of Wisdom, LLC and serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade. The program follows an inquiry-based learning approach, weaving hands-on activities and experiments into lessons that are based on everyday questions about the world. Core curriculum principles are included in these inquiry-based lessons, and students are able to work at their own pace with guidance from teachers. The camp includes adventurous expeditions as incentives and monthly field trips where children experience wilderness and wildlife in Florida.
The camp is led by Mr. Pauley and Ms. Jamianne, who started their first Science Exploration Camp in 2011. The stated goal of the program is “to create a lifetime love of learning, while having the adventure of a lifetime.” One parent, Fady Haddad, reports that his son attended Summer Science Camp with Mr. Pauley and Ms. Jamianne for three years, participated in field trips, kayaking, and sea life exploration, and learned to identify different kinds of fish, their migration patterns, and the environments of different sea life. This parent also notes that he knew both leaders from his son’s previous school, where Mr. Pauley was his teacher and both Mr. Pauley and Ms. Jamianne also coached him in different sports.
