Gold Coast Gymnastics offers Mini Dragons-Preschool Class for ages 2 and 3 years, Tumble Dragons for ages 3 to 5 years old, and Boys Developmental Programs for ages 5 to 12 years old. Children learn on the floor, balance beams, bars, and trampoline, and classes also use tot-sized gymnastics equipment.
Programs
- Mini Dragons-Preschool Class — 2 & 3 years (Parent Assisted); 2 yr and 3 yrs old · Playful gymnastics class with age-appropriate skills using tot-sized gymnastics equipment; emphasis on socialization and group involvement.
- Tumble Dragons — 3 to 5 years old; 3-5 yr old · No parents are needed here. Children learn new gymnastics skills each week in themed lesson plans.
- West Boynton-Tot Tumbling Class — 2-3yr (with Parent); 3-5yrs (independent) · Tuesday, 9:30-10:50 · $115 per session · Held at the West Boynton Recreation Center; registrations are done via Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation Dept.; Gold Coast does not take registration/payment.
- Boys Developmental Programs — 5-12yrs old; K-5th Grade · Boys gymnastics classes with two levels: Red and White.
- Girls Developmental Programs — Kindergarten - 8th Grades · Girls gymnastics classes with three levels: Red, White, and Blue.
- 2026 Summer Gymnastics Camp — 5yr.-12yrs · Weekly Sessions; June 1-July 31 · Girls & boys camp with half-day or full-day pickup times stated.
