Family Martial Arts Center offers Taekwondo classes for kids, teens, and adults, with no previous experience needed. The program includes an Afterschool Program with healthy snacks, homework support, games, and twice-weekly Taekwondo, as well as Summer Camps and Holiday Care that feature crafts, games, field trips, Taekwondo training, and time for play. Homeschool classes are planned to begin in January 2026.

Since 2005, Family Martial Arts Center has partnered with Lakeland families to provide high-quality Taekwondo instruction in a safe, welcoming environment. Certified instructors lead the program and focus on more than martial arts skills, including confidence, respect, and character that carry over into every part of life. The center’s mission is stated as: “Welcome to Family Martial Arts Center Where Every Student Feels Like Family!” and it emphasizes building confidence and community through martial arts for all ages in a welcoming, family-focused environment.
