Reflex Martial Arts

Reflex Martial Arts offers Kids TaeKwonDo, a kids martial arts program. It also offers Summer Camp, which includes real martial arts instruction, team-building activities, indoor and outdoor challenges, and educational opportunities.

• Kids TaeKwonDo — Kids martial arts program that teaches respect, discipline, and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
• Adult TaeKwonDo — Adult martial arts program using taekwondo fundamentals for fitness, weight loss, muscle development, and reduced stress and anxiety.
• Summer Camp — Martial arts summer camps with real martial arts instruction, fun team-building activities, indoor and outdoor challenges, and educational opportunities.
