Florida Hawks Futbol Club focuses on developing youth-athletes through soccer, with an emphasis on technical and tactical training. The club’s style of play is described as patient, attacking-minded, and possession oriented, and youth-athletes work on ball mastery and functional training environments. Athletes are challenged to be creative, think, make decisions, and understand and execute the club’s core values on the field.

Florida Hawks Futbol Club’s mission is to create a fun culture focused on bringing out the very best in each youth-athlete by developing both their technical skills and life skills. This mission is carried out by applying the club’s core values in everyday soccer and non-soccer related activities. The club’s philosophy is to develop elite soccer players at all levels of competition through education, repetition, hard work, perseverance, and personal growth. A great emphasis in the player development model is placed on the technical and tactical pillars of the game, starting with ball mastery as the initial form of technical repetition and progressing to repetition in functional training environments. Athletes are expected to understand and execute the core values of Respect, Discipline, Integrity, Commitment, and Leadership every day. FishHawk Premier has predicated its success on elite instruction from coaches described as the very best in the area, and the club provides platforms of education that promote individual growth both on and off the field.
