Avalon Family Charities Riding Lessons, Academy & Camps

Avalon Family Charities Riding Lessons, Academy & Camps offers education, training, and showing for riders and drivers, including schooling shows and group outings. The program specializes in the training of American Saddlebreds, Friesians, Standardbreds, Hackney Ponies, and Morgans, and also supports the purchase or sale of a horse. It operates as a full service facility with a multitude of loyal riders and drivers who have been training and competing under its banner for over ten years.

Avalon Family Charities Riding Lessons, Academy & Camps was established in 1995. The leadership team includes owner and trainer Pam Roush; Chairman of the Board and Founder Melea Guilbault; associate trainer Lonna Carter; and riding instructors Holly Grandchamp and Tiffany Jenkins. Its mission statement is that Avalon recognizes that having the best possible team in place is a key ingredient to the success of any rider. The program features Avalon’s award winning instructors and invites families to come see what many riders and drivers have already discovered, describing Avalon as a home away from home.
