Lutz Pre-Prep offers a well-rounded curriculum that includes music, art, computers, library, PE, Spanish, and field trips that connect to what children are learning in class. The program uses individualization and differentiated instruction, including hands-on learning to explore and develop math and reasoning skills. It focuses on academic skills, social and emotional skills, and fine and gross motor skills through an individualized approach based on each child’s readiness level.

Lutz Pre-Prep is a private preschool serving children ages 3 (EC3) and 4 (VPK). The program emphasizes low student-to-teacher ratios and individualized instruction geared to meeting the needs of each child. The mission of Lutz Pre-Prep includes providing a safe, nurturing environment that stimulates learning and promoting lifelong learning, positive attitudes, and values through character education and modeling.
All Lutz Pre-Prep staff are background screened through both FBI and local checks to meet licensing requirements. Staff members are required to complete a minimum of ten training hours per year and are encouraged to participate in continuous education programs, as well as CPR and First Aid training. Each classroom has two teachers, and at least one teacher in each classroom has an AA degree or higher. The leadership includes Principal Mrs. Kim Smallwood, who is listed as the Public Records Custodian.
