Brevard Zoo Camps

Brevard Zoo Camps offers Mini Camps and Winter Camps for students in grades 1-5, with full-day one-day camps during school holidays and Brevard Public School’s teacher workdays from October through April. It also offers Summer Camp for campers entering kindergarten through 12th grade, with half-day, full-day, and overnight camp options from June through August.

• Backyard Habitat Series: Plants & Pollinators — Adults · September 19 | 10 AM–12 PM · $23–$28 · Learn how to create a pollinator-friendly garden full of native plants.
• Adult Overnight: Creature Feature — Adults · October 3–4 | 6 PM–9 AM · $95–$100 · Adults-only overnight at the Zoo with animals, behind-the-scenes experiences, pizza, breakfast and next-day Zoo admission.
• Backyard Habitat Series: Birds & Baths — Adults · October 17 | 9–11 AM · $23–$28 · Learn backyard birding basics and how to attract feathered friends.
• Homeschool Programs — Elementary, Teens · Beginning fall 2026; drop-off programs except family programs, which one adult per family must attend with their child · Small-group courses with science and conservation lessons, animal encounters and discovery.
• Sensory Programs — Children with exceptionalities and their families · Timed entry events; examples include Sensory Boo at the Zoo on October 17 at 3:30, 4:00 and 4:30 PM · $3–$7 · Accessible Zoo experiences including the Exceptional Nature Space and Sensory Boo at the Zoo.

About the provider

Brevard Zoo officially opened in March 1994. Its mission statement is, "We Share Our Joy of Nature to Help Wildlife and People Thrive." In 2026, Brevard Zoo was named the No. 5 zoo in the United States by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, and its membership program was named the No. 4 membership program. In the 2026 Hometown News Reader’s Choice Awards, it was named the best spot for family fun and the best local tourist/seasonal attraction in Brevard County.

A fee will be applied for all cancellations requested after the date of purchase. Timed-entry registration is required for Sensory Boo at the Zoo. Costumes are encouraged. Beginning fall 2026, all homeschool classes are drop-off programs except the new family programs, which require one adult per family to register and attend with their child.
