Victory Kid Sports states that its mission is to impact children through sports and education by using sports as a vehicle to develop relationships with children, teaching and demonstrating teamwork, discipline, and fun, and providing mentoring and social-emotional support. Victory’s Prosocial Support Model is described as de-stigmatizing mental health issues through programming that intentionally meets the child where they are, using sports and recreational programming.

Victory’s community involvement has included partnerships with local school districts, churches, and social service agencies to provide free sports programming and spring camps for underserved and underrepresented kids, including children exposed to substance abuse, addiction, homelessness, in-transition, and poverty. Victory has also provided portable camp experiences for Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and schools, and has offered virtual programming through Victory Virtual.

For enrolled campers, families are asked to sign up for Project Launch to tour the site, drop off medication, and meet staff, and during Open House Days, families can drop off medication and meet camp leadership and coaches. Victory also offers virtual tours of the Camp Victory site and Open House Days for registered families at all of their sites a few days before camp begins.
