Vice City Basketball Academy offers elite training, skill development, and structured practices that include drills, competitions, and game play. The program includes competitive travel teams, recreational leagues, youth recreational leagues, tournament play, Alliance tournaments, AAU Tournaments, Elite Circuits, leagues, camps, clinics, and basketball camps with multi-day training. Players take part in group skills training and small group trainings that focus on ball handling, shooting, finishing, defensive skills, and athletic performance training such as speed, explosiveness, vertical jump, and performance and conditioning training, along with private one on one training and film breakdown sessions.

The mission of Vice City Basketball is to focus on holistic athlete development, elite coaching, and structured training for all ages and skill levels, with a complete player development system and a clear development path for every athlete. The program includes an athlete nutrition plan and emphasizes basketball IQ, strength and conditioning, recovery, and leadership development within a family-oriented environment and structured development pathway for all skill levels, serving beginners to advanced players with a focus on long-term development over short-term success. The coaching staff is a Certified USA Basketball Licensed Coaching Staff, and the program has a 5 Star Google Rating, is recognized as one of the top youth basketball programs in Miami, and is recognized as one of the top-rated youth basketball training programs in Miami-Dade. The academy offers year-round programs including leagues, camps, clinics, and travel teams, with multiple Miami-Dade training locations and a free on-court player assessment that is used for player placement based on assessment, and it serves athletes across Greater Miami and South Florida communities listed in its community involvement statement.
