O2B Kids offers preschool and afterschool programs along with classes, special events, summer camp, and birthday parties. Children can take part in activities such as gymnastics, dance, karate, cheer-leading, yoga, sports, drama, music, art, science, technology, chess, playgroups, and BrighterBabies. The program uses an education “SuperCenter” concept that combines a magical play village for unscripted play with an organized calendar of daily classes.

O2B Kids was established in 1998, and its founders, Andy Sherrard and Danny Stevens, took a one-year journey around the world in 1992 before starting the company. The program states its mission as: “We exist to help parents grow happy, successful kids.” O2B Kids notes that for 25 years it has been helping children build a foundation for lifetime success and celebrated 25 years of business in August 2023. Every O2B Kids location is nationally accredited or in the process of becoming nationally accredited, and the organization offers Pick-Your-Days Care.
O2B Kids has developed several software tools, including Beekeeper Management Software launched in 2013, Funnydaffer Curriculum Software launched in 2016, and Honeycomb Communication Software launched in 2019. The program runs the O2B a Kid Again fundraiser, described as a Grown-up’s Day to Play where the facility is open only for adults.
O2B Kids reports extensive community involvement, including the O2B a Kid Again fundraiser that has raised over $500,000 for public schools, Parent Night Fundraisers for local charities, schools, and civic organizations, and participation at local festivals, school carnivals, art shows, and fundraising events with face-painters and balloon artists. Employees participate in the United Way campaign, volunteer in local schools, and serve as board members on local non-profit organizations. Students raise money and contribute to charities such as local Humane Societies, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital, UNICEF, and the Red Cross, and they organize canned food drives, book drives, and teddy bear collections.
