Suncoast Gymnastics Academy

Suncoast Gymnastics Academy offers Developmental Gymnastics with beam, bars, floor, and vault. It also offers Preschool Gymnastics, Suncoast Ninja Academy, Trampoline and Tumbling, Suncoast Dance Academy, Summer Camp, Champions Team, Competitive Gymnastics, and Cheer Tumble.

Programs

• Developmental Gymnastics — Girls recreational program with classes for all levels of ability and interest; includes beam, bars, floor, and vault.
• Preschool Gymnastics — Designed for preschoolers; promotes developmental requirements and supports physical, mental, and academic growth.
• Suncoast Ninja Academy — Combines coordination from gymnastics, strength and agility from obstacle training, and creativity from freestyle movement.
• Trampoline and Tumbling — 3 to 16 years old · Includes TNT TIGERS (Ages 3-4), Recreational (5+), competitive team, and CHEER Tumbling.
• Suncoast Dance Academy — 2 - 18 · Recreational and competitive dance with winter and spring programs, recitals and other events; summer camps are offered; classes in tap, ballet, jazz, and hip hop.
• Summer Camp — 3-4, 5+ · Recreational camps ages 5+; preschool camps ages 3-4 (potty-trained); includes Battlezone, Ninja Warrior, Summer Splash, Gymnastics Camps, Dance Camps, and more.
• Champions Team — Competitive athletes moving up from developmental and preparing for the competitive side while learning routines and competing for in-house.
• Extravaganza — Biggest event of the year; parents get the night off and leave the kids for fun at Suncoast.
• Competitive Gymnastics — USAG Team Members trained in a positive and challenging environment with professional coaching staff.
• Cheer Tumble — Program for cheerleading enthusiasts to improve cheer tumbling and cheer stunting skills.

About the provider

Suncoast Gymnastics Academy has served children and families for more than 40 years. Arnold Gwinn is the Owner and Director, and Brent Gwinn is the Director of Operations. The mission statement says the program provides educational programs through physical activity and aims to inspire growth, confidence, and a love for learning, while building children emotionally, mentally, and physically to their highest potential.
