Niceville ATA Martial Arts offers ATA Tigers, Karate for Kids, and Teens & Adults Taekwondo classes. The ATA Tigers classes are for ages 4-6, Karate for Kids is for ages 7-12, and Teens & Adults Taekwondo is for ages 13+.

  • Karate for Kids — Ages 7-12 · Structured Taekwondo curriculum with real belt standards. Builds self-defense skills, fitness, and a welcoming community. No experience required.
  • Teens & Adults Taekwondo — Ages 13+ · Develop real Taekwondo skills, build strength and focus, and train alongside a welcoming community. No prior experience needed.

About the provider

The school was founded in 1992 and says it has been in Niceville for 34 years. It is led by Owner Chief Master Darrin Palmer, an 8th Degree Black Belt, and Head Instructor Mr. Nick Becker, a 5th Degree Black Belt. The school says its mission is to empower individuals of all ages through martial arts, and it says it is part of the ATA, described as the world's largest martial arts organization with over 1 million students trained since 1969.

Structured classes by age. Safety is emphasized, especially for youngest students. Flexible make-up class policies are mentioned. Recommended training is 2-3 times per week. Family rates are offered.
