Camp Guaikinima offers activities such as Mountain Bike, Art, Competitions, Slip ‘n’ slide, Excursions, The Beam, Pamper Pole, Bridge, and Rappel. For the Mountain Bike activity, each camper is given a bicycle and helmet. The camp includes both a Day Camp program and a Sleepaway Camp program with activities very similar between them, adapted to each camper’s age and physical capacity.

• Schedule: Day Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm in weekly blocks; Sleepaway Camp offers 3-week and 2-week sessions during the summer

Camp Guaikinima’s Sleepaway Program is a program of activities with overnight stay for children between 6 and 16 years old, oriented to have fun in contact with nature. The Day Camp Program is a daily program for children between 4 and 12 years old, with activities oriented to entertain and be in contact with nature where the child can discover the natural scenario while learning new skills in addition to the values and philosophy of Guaikinima. Day Camp weekly plans run from June 8th to August 7th, and Sleepaway Camp sessions run as a 3-week first session from June 28th to July 18th and a 2-week second session from July 20th to August 1st. Different logistics and transportation options are offered for the best enjoyment and safety of children.

Camp Guaikinima is described as an adventure Summer Camp in Florida made up of a passionate and highly experienced team and is operated by Site & Adventure LLC. The camp offers bilingual Spanish/English programming and is described as a bilingual territory where all activities, interactions, instructions, and songs are in both languages, and counselors and team are described as 100% bilingual. Camp Guaikinima is described as the ideal camp for parents concerned about their children's Spanish language skills and also offers a new English-only Program Day Camp location at Oleta River State Park. Special programs offered throughout the year include a CIT Program, Family Weekend, GuaikiFiestas, Road Trips, and a Campfire Sleepover Program.

Camp Guaikinima uses a methodology validated for more than 30 years in hundreds of children and young people. General Director Raymond Cidad has dreamed, devised, designed, built, and directed Summer Camps over 30 years. The leadership team includes Raymond Cidad (General Director, Founder/Director), Isabel Bello de Cidad (Co-Founder/Managing Director), Hecmary Calatayud (Administrative Manager), Mafe Teran (Day Camp Director), Orla Andueza (Sleepaway Camp Coordinator), and several Day Camp Directors: Claudia Schlaya, Michelle Dernersissian, Gerly Cabrera, Monica Perrino, and Natalia Serur.

The camp’s mission states that it promotes self-esteem, self-confidence, successful adaptation to multiple environments, respect for others, and love of nature in campers through adventure activities that promote healthy competition, provide stimulating and unforgettable experiences, and valuable learning for their personal growth, where campers will discover their full potential. Camp Guaikinima is a bilingual territory with fun activities in English and Spanish. Camp Guaikinima promotes self-esteem, self-confidence, successful adaptation to multiple environments, respect for others, and love of nature in campers through adventure activities.

Rodrigo Cidad is certified as a Lifeguard by the American Red Cross, as a Level P3 Paragliding Pilot by the USHPA (US Hangliding and Paragliding Association), and in International Canyoning, and he has a degree in Recreation and Sport Management from FIU. Camp Guaikinima highlights that counselors and team are 100% bilingual.

In a testimonial, General Director Raymond Cidad states that few dedicate their lives to Summer Camps and that he is one of them, and that in terms of Summer Camps he has dreamed, devised, designed, built, and directed them over 30 years, and that he has a lot of passion for what he does because he deeply believes in the need for children to learn to handle themselves independently in natural, challenging, and controlled environments. Administrative Manager Hecmary Calatayud states that since 2017 she has been living the magic of Guaikinima day by day at work and at home, seeing the results of their experiences as campers in her daughters and at the same time being part of a project that takes months of preparation, and that she has direct contact with parents, takes care of their concerns, and supports them throughout the process of sending their children to camp.
