Gymnastics Du Sol

Gymnastics Du Sol offers artistic gymnastics for girls and boys, trampoline and tumbling, cheerleading, competitive team gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, aerial silk, adult gymnastics, Mommy and Me, school camp, after school care, summer program, and summer camp. The after school care program includes school pickup from listed schools on a modern bus with a driver who has a professional license and insurance.

Programs

• After School Care — 5-15 years old · Monday through Friday, till 6 pm · Program includes school pickup from listed schools on a modern bus with a driver with a professional license and insurance.
• School Camp — Invited since the new school year.
• Mommy and Me
• Summer Program — 10 weeks of fun and exercise; includes gymnastics classes, field trips, and indoor sports activities such as ping pong, soccer, basketball, dance, and more.
• Summer Camp — 9-week summer camp with gymnastics and sports, movie trips, and popsicles.
• Adult Gymnastics — Older Teens & Adults · Offers gymnastics, tumbling and self defense classes for adults.
• Trampoline & Tumbling — Students learn to flip and twist in the air while building physical strength, agility and mental discipline.
• Artistic Gymnastics — Girls & Boys level 1-5; boys and girls are 5, 6, ... · Great artistic gymnastics program for girls and boys.

About the provider

Gymnastics Du Sol opened in 2012. Its mission is to help a child discover his full potential, teach him to be oriented toward his goals, responsible and aspiring, create a positive learning environment, and take care of his safety. Instructors are part of the American Heart Association, are Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certified, and are members of the USA Gymnastics Association. They have participated in gymnastics international competitions, and some performed in Cirque De Soleil. Pavel Podzynakov (PASHA) has four gold medals in acrobatics. The program uses professional equipment that meets all modern safety standards.

Safety and a gentle, nurturing approach are emphasized. Coaches structure training without overexertion and focus on proper technique from day one. Open communication with parents is maintained. After School Care includes school pickup from listed schools on a new modern bus with a driver who has a professional license and insurance.
