Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties – Out-of-School Time and Summer Programs offers out-of-school time and summer programs for thousands of youth at six Club locations. The program is part of a broader effort that serves youth in Sarasota, Venice, North Port and Arcadia.

Since 1970, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties have played an integral role in the Sarasota County community. The organization has been a leader in youth development since 1970, providing enriching out-of-school time and summer programs to thousands of youth. Its mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The vision is to provide a world-class Club experience that keeps success within reach of every young person who participates, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.
