Its Three-Dimensional Learning philosophy focuses on physical, emotional, and life skills, with programs that get kids moving, boost their brainpower, and emphasize social and emotional learning, all in a non-competitive spirit. The program includes a Parent Survival Night that gives parents a break and is part of a global network of gyms across the globe.
The Little Gym was founded by Robin Wes, who opened the first The Little Gym in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington, and this year marks 50 years since The Little Gym first opened its doors. The Little Gym has grown into a global community of families, instructors, and local business owners.
