Big Ideas Educational Services offers programs where students work on academic skills, practice communication with adults and peers, and take part in recreational and creative activities. The program combines structured academic support with age-appropriate activities in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Big Ideas Educational Services integrates academics into all parts of its programming so that learning continues beyond the classroom and includes tools for productivity, comprehension, and focus.
Big Ideas Educational Services was created to be more than just an after-school program, with students challenged academically, supported socially, and engaged creatively. The mission of Big Ideas states that every child deserves the opportunity to dream big, learn with purpose, and grow in a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued. The program’s action plan focuses on core character, family relationships, and a strong sense of safety and belonging. Big Ideas Educational Services is led by a new director, Tasha Biggins. The program is funded nationally and by local companies.
