Fit Club Gymnastics offers gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, team gymnastics, Ninja-Fit, afterschool programs, open gym times, and camps. The program also offers Tot Open Play, birthday packages, Gymnastics Camp, Tot Spooktacular, and Spooktacular events. Classes include options that range from a preschool program for 2–3 year olds to a team program with skills up to level 9.

Fit Club Gymnastics specializes in the development of young athletes. Classes begin with a preschool program for 2–3 year olds where young gymnasts learn the basics of motor skills, balance, conditioning, and technique in a fun filled environment. The program progresses young students step by step through different levels of achievement as each student becomes ready for more challenging instruction, including a recreational program for ages 6–12 with more structured conditioning and an introduction to gymnastic techniques, and a team program with intermediate to advanced techniques going from pre-team to level 9 skills. Ninja-Fit is inspired from obstacle course training, gymnastics, street, and martial arts. Fit Club offers many special afterschool programs throughout the year, including an afterschool pickup program available at most schools, and also offers an alternative to school programs at most local schools. GIVE Academy at Fit Club Gymnastics inspires and empowers homeschool families through gymnastics training and enriched learning.
