The Warrior Princess program is for ages 3–5 and emphasizes foundational martial arts skills, self-defense, leadership, focus, and a positive princess attitude. NinjaTrix teaches martial arts, gymnastics, parkour, and life skills, and Krav Maga is described as real self-defense regardless of size, ability, age, or gender. A karate party is described as a fun and different way to celebrate a birthday.
Karate practice at Martial Arts America is described as developing mental and physical discipline leading to a healthy adult life, with physical conditioning that can include improved reflexes, coordination, strength, stamina, weight control, cardiovascular health, and overall fitness. The program also describes mental benefits such as improved concentration, stress management, confidence, self-esteem, and a renewed positive attitude toward life for many students.
Martial Arts America was founded and is managed by martial arts champion and master instructor Steve Butts. Instructors have studied for years to be a part of the Martial Arts America team. The program states that it is dedicated to making the martial arts experience enjoyable and rewarding, viewing effective self-defense skills as part of a comprehensive program of personal development, with a stated goal of raising the quality of life in every way for all of its students. Martial Arts America is now accepting new enrollments, and the introductory special includes an official uniform.
