The Warrior Princess program is for ages 3–5 and emphasizes foundational martial arts skills, self-defense, leadership, focus, and a positive princess attitude at the Milton and Navarre locations. The After School program picks up kids from school and provides a safe, fun environment for kids ages 5–12. Krav Maga at Martial Arts America teaches real self-defense regardless of size, ability, age or gender. Summer camps keep kids occupied with fun, safe, and energetic activities when school is out. The program states that martial arts practice develops mental and physical discipline that leads to a healthy adult life, and that young people and adults can benefit from the physical conditioning that martial arts provides, including weight control, improved cardiovascular health, overall fitness, and mental benefits such as improved concentration, stress management, confidence, and self-esteem, with many students reporting a renewed positive attitude toward life.

Martial Arts America was founded and is managed by martial arts champion and master instructor Steve Butts. Instructors at Martial Arts America have studied for years to be part of the Martial Arts America team. The program’s mission statement says it is dedicated to making the martial arts experience enjoyable and rewarding, that effective self-defense skills are part of a comprehensive program of personal development, and that its goal is to raise the quality of life in every way for all of its students.
