Aquatic Adventures Summer Camp

Aquatic Adventures Summer Camp includes environmental games and activities, themed craft projects, hands-on activities, engaging lessons, interactive workshops, and behind-the-scenes tours. Campers learn about and interact with a wide variety of marine life, explore the diverse array of creatures that call the Gulf home, and explore the intricate ecosystems of tidal pools. The camp also offers experiences such as getting up close and personal with sea turtles, observing the delicate dance of seahorses, and stepping into the shoes of an aquarist with insight into daily responsibilities like feeding, habitat maintenance, water quality testing, and animal enrichment.

• Ages: 6–11 years old
• Schedule: Two sessions, June 8th–12th and June 22rd–26th, Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, with normal drop off from 8:30am–9am and pick up from 4–4:30pm
• Price: Non Member – $275 per child; Member – $250 per child; Multiple enrollment Non members – $250 per child; Multiple enrollment Members – $225 per child

The camp is guided by experienced marine educators. The program follows the mission of Gulf Specimen Marine Lab, which states that hands-on experiences are the key to fostering a love for the ocean and a desire to protect it for future generations. Families receive an Aquatic Adventures Packing List 2026 for planning and preparation.
