Patrick Space Force Base Youth Center / Youth Development Programs offers a place for youth to hang out, socialize, play sports, do homework, and use a computer room. Participants can get a healthy snack from the snack bar, use the outdoor court, and take part in activities such as Fine Arts, Digital Arts, a Photography Program, Teen Council, Torch Club, and leadership clubs. The program also includes 4-H activities, Boys & Girls Club activities, and 4-H activities that focus on health, nutrition, and fitness.

Youth Development provides a place for youth aged 9–18 years to socialize with others in their military community. Benefits of membership include no-fee walk-in access every day after school for ages 9 and up, along with lower prices on special events, field trips, and dance classes. The Youth Sponsorship Program matches youth sponsors to youth according to their sex, age, and interests, and focuses on supporting peer-to-peer connections. The program also offers Youth Newcomer’s on the first Friday of every month from 5–6 pm. Programs from the Boys and Girls Club of America and 4-H activities are offered.
