YMCA of South Florida Youth Programs include day camp, summer camp, specialty camp, afterschool programs, and preschool, along with a youth sports league and adaptive recreation programs. The program also offers swim lessons, water safety and drowning prevention classes, and life-saving aquatics. Families can access group fitness classes such as aqua classes, Les Mills, Zumba, Spinning, and over 50 group class formats, as well as SilverSneakers, private Yoga sessions, and private Reformer Pilates sessions.

Swim for Jenny Week offers 5 free swim lessons. Financial assistance is provided to military members and veterans. A one-day pass with all-access is available for local residents who have not visited the Y in the prior six months, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the one-day pass, with ID required.
