Kids Sports & Recreation

Kids Sports & Recreation offers martial arts, dance and cheer, tumbling, outdoor sports, arts and crafts, engaging educational activities, field trips, fun fitness-focused games, and mindfulness practices. The program includes fun and games that get children moving and burning energy, along with games designed to build focus and concentration. Martial arts lessons in the program emphasize humility and kindness, and no child is ever made to feel bad for their level of athleticism.

Kids Sports & Recreation includes an After School Program with transportation and a Summer Camp in Volusia County. The program combines martial arts with its Summer Camps and After School Programs and offers quiet focus time for kids. It is a screen-free environment where kids can disconnect from devices and reconnect with the great outdoors and real-life experiences.
