Transform Martial Arts is a multigenerational, family-owned martial arts academy and is veteran- and law-enforcement-owned. The program is part of ATA Martial Arts, which is described as the nation’s largest martial arts organization. Its facility is a private 7,100+ square foot space on 5 acres of property, with an outdoor training area and a custom-built obstacle course. The academy has been serving Sarasota for 21 years, and for over 25 years it has served the Sarasota community as a multigenerational, family-owned martial arts academy. The Chief Instructor is a World Champion in sparring. The program states that its mission is to build confidence, character, and a strong sense of community both inside and outside the academy, and that it focuses on teaching more than just kicking and punching while creating its own community and bringing good to the local community.
