Stretch-n-Grow of Brevard offers Funtastic Fitness, All-Star Sports Camp, Fit Cheerleading, Dancing Stars, Field Day, Happy Healthy Chefs, Summer Camps, and Birthday Parties. The program includes activities in fitness, sports, dance, cheerleading, and healthy cooking for children. Programs help children build confidence and improve balance, strength, flexibility, eye-hand coordination, and motor skills, and include developmental benefits such as improved cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, flexibility, rhythm, and balance, as well as encouraging participation in group activity, teamwork, good sportsmanship, creativity, exploration of movement, health and body awareness, and relaxation.

Michelle Jarnigan is the Owner and Director of Stretch-n-Grow of Brevard. She is certified in Primary Group Exercise from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and in Youth Fitness from Stretch-n-Grow International, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida, and is certified in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid. Michelle believes in the benefits of regular exercise, proper nutrition, and establishing healthy habits at an early age, and she appreciates the opportunity to teach children the importance of fitness and good health.
Stretch-n-Grow is described as the world’s largest network of certified youth fitness instructors providing fun and engaging enrichment programs that get kids moving at their schools. It specializes in high quality, fun exercise experiences that include fitness, sports, dance, cheerleading, and healthy cooking, and provides fun fitness programs for children from age two to twelve.
