Kids Eco Snorkel Camp is connected with a family owned and operated full service PADI IDC dive shop. The program is based at a PADI 5 Star IDC Center that offers daily scuba charters, private charters, scuba instruction, professional level instruction, air and enriched air (Nitrox) fills, and equipment sales, service, and rentals. Participants receive comprehensive dive boat orientation and detailed dive site briefings that include illustrations of each individual dive site.
Kids Eco Snorkel Camp is part of a business that was founded in 2002. Dean and Shana are “hands on” owners. The mission of the organization is: “Our love of diving, the ocean, conservation, education and community inspire us every day to offer the best possible experience to our guests.” The organization is integrally involved in the local diving community and has been working in the Palm Beaches since the mid 90’s, and has worked alongside other stakeholders to develop diving tourism in the Palm Beaches, including the Blue Heron Bridge Dive Park where they host quarterly cleanups. Recognized credentials and affiliations include being a PADI 5 Star IDC Center, DAN Business Member, TDI Technical Charter Boat, PADI Green Star Award recipient, REEF Field Station, National Save The Sea Turtle Foundation affiliate, Monofilament Recycling Center, Shark Friendly Business, and 100% AWARE.
