Camp Lingua is described as a premier bilingual summer camp experience with a screen-free environment and certified bilingual staff. The staff is highly trained, background-checked, and every member is over 18 and has completed at least one summer as a counselor-in-training, with many working with the camp year-round. Since 2000, its mission has been to provide transformative bilingual experiences where children learn naturally, play authentically, and grow confidently through outdoor adventure, cultural exchange, and meaningful human connection. Camp Lingua was founded in 2000 by the Pares family, who have over 26 years of experience and continue to provide daily guidance and leadership to the team each summer at the West Palm, Fort Myers, and Broward locations. Their passion and vision earned the camp state recognition, and the program brings together a multicultural global community with campers from around the world.

Camp Lingua offers flexible year-round programs, including summer sleepaway camps, day camps, winter international sleepaway, spring break camps, microschool, riding academy clinics, school’s out camps, group retreats, and custom events. The campuses are 100% owned and include three privately owned ranch properties, with an option to rent an entire 10-acre campus for group retreats or to host private events and birthday parties at a ranch venue.

Parent testimonials describe professional and friendly counselors and staff, a variety of organized activities such as go karts, dirt bikes, horseback riding, zip line over a lake, archery, and animal interactions, and staff members who are attentive and communicative with families. One parent notes that their child has attended since kindergarten and continues to return each summer, and another parent highlights specific staff members by name for their attention and support during a sleepaway session.
