About
Spring Break & Summer Art Camps offers week-long sessions that include painting, sculpture, mixed media, printmaking and more. Campers take part in fun, hands-on activities that encourage creative thinking, original art-making and playful collaboration. Each camp is limited to twelve campers and includes chances to experiment with messy and unique art techniques while making connections with art in the museum’s galleries. The James Museum is the only Western art museum in Florida.
• Ages: 6–9 years old
• Schedule: Week-long sessions
Every 2nd grader in Pinellas County is scheduled to visit The James Museum, and over 2,600 2nd graders visited this year as part of a partnership with Pinellas County Schools.
