Montgomery Center Summer Camp is connected to a long history that began with Dr. Montgomery, who carried out this work for 75 years across North Florida. The camp operates under Montgomery Center's mission of hospitality, which is to welcome all people to experience Christ and Creation in ways that deepen faith and strengthen relationships. The summer camp was named one of America's top summer camps in 2024. The organization also highlights disaster assistance ministry, conservation efforts, and community engagement. Feedback from participants and guests includes comments from counselors, a high school student, and other guests about feeling close to God at the camp, appreciation for service offered “with your heart, not just your hands,” the importance of the camp to kids, and supervision of a challenge course that supported listening and communication.
